VETTA is an in-development concept for a governed intelligence layer that connects to the AI assistants, bots and applications a firm already uses — so the decisions, context and expertise that flow through them become knowledge the firm can query and reuse.
The problem
Most firms have the information. What gets lost is the context.
AEC firms accumulate enormous amounts of project knowledge. It lives across documents, project-management systems, design platforms, email, meetings, databases and — critically — the experience of the people who did the work. Finding a file is not the same as recovering what the firm knows.

The VETTA vision is to make institutional knowledge usable without pretending that every source is equivalent. Areas of focus include: project and decision history, lessons learned, connected AI assistant and application intelligence, evidence-backed retrieval, and permissions and governance.

Knowledge does not live in a single application — and VETTA does not replace the AI inside any of them. It works through the assistants and tools your people already use, above the platforms, not inside them.

Current status

VETTA is in development at ViaVetta Venture — the architecture, workflows and governance model are being defined now, with particular attention to evidence, traceability, connected AI systems and firm-controlled knowledge.
